Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website, operated by Bloom & Bliss, represented by Daniela Luca.
2. Products
We offer floral arrangements and related perishable goods. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Natural variations may occur due to seasonal availability.
3. Ordering Process
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding purchase offer. The purchase contract is concluded once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Any delivery costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
5. Payment
Payments are processed exclusively via authorized payment service providers, including but not limited to Mollie and Stripe. We do not store payment or card details on our servers.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Estimated delivery times are communicated before order completion.
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, delivery dates are binding. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Substitutions
If specific flowers or materials are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar items of equal value and comparable quality.
8. Liability
We are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence, except where mandatory statutory liability applies (e.g. injury to life, body, or health).
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
