Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Exception:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life, such as fresh flowers, in accordance with §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB.

Refund Policy for Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or significantly deteriorated, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Resolution Options

After review, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A partial or full refund

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Complaints submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of the products.
